Welcome to The Heart Collective SRQ. We create our products with intention and care. To ensure the best experience for our community of artists, musicians, and skincare lovers, please review our guidelines below.

1. Handcrafted Quality & Variations

Because our skincare is made-to-order in small batches and our art is uniquely created, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These are not flaws but signs of a truly organic, artisanal product.

2. Shipping & Processing

  • Processing & Handcrafting Time: Please allow 2–6 business days for your order to be prepared for travel.

  • Local Pickup: If you are in the Sarasota area, select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping fees. We will email you to coordinate a time.

  • Local Drop Off Deliveries start at a fee of $9. We use: Venmo.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We use USPS to ship.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: While we take great care in packaging, Urban Eco Beauty is not responsible for packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the small-batch, hygienic nature of our "skin food" and our status as a small independent studio, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. This ensures every jar you receive is guaranteed to be fresh, untampered with, and held to our highest safety standards.

  • Damages & Insurance: Every order is packaged with love. If your items arrive damaged, please reach out within 48 hours. Our USPS Ground Advantage shipments include insurance; a photo of the damaged item and packaging is required so I can help you navigate the claims process and ensure you are taken care of.

  • Art & Apparel: As a very small, independent studio, all sales are final. We currently cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for size. To ensure you love your fit, please double-check our size guides or reach out with any questions before placing your order. We appreciate your understanding and support of local makers!

  • Sizing: For apparel, please refer to the size charts provided in each listing, as we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes.

4. Natural Ingredients & Safety

Our products utilize potent botanical ingredients, including bee-derived elements like Manuka honey and propolis.

  • Patch Test: We always recommend a patch test before full use.

  • Consultation: Our products are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have specific skin concerns or allergies, please consult with a professional.

5. Paint Parties & Live Events

Event Cancellations & Paint Parties To ensure we have all the high-quality supplies ready for your masterpiece, materials are ordered immediately upon booking. For this reason, we do not offer cash refunds.

  • Rescheduling: If you can’t make it, please let us know at least 5 days before the event. We will happily issue you a digital shop credit or a "Raincheck" ticket for a future paint party.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice (or no-shows) are ineligible for credit, as your specific supplies will have already been prepped and the artist's time committed.

  • Transfer Your Seat: You are always welcome to send a friend in your place! Just shoot us a quick email to let us know who will be taking your spot.

6. Privacy & Community

Your data is sacred. We only collect the information necessary to process your order and, if you’ve opted in, to send you updates from The Heart Beat Blog. We never sell your information to third parties.

7. Legal Governance

By using this site, you agree to these terms. All content—including graphic designs, photography, and product names—is the intellectual property of The Heart Collective.

The Artisan’s Guarantee | Jewelry Care & Repair

Every piece of jewelry from The Heart Collective made by Sanura Creative is uniquely dreamed up and handcrafted with intention. To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our wearable art, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

20-Day Repair Guarantee:

While all sales are final, we stand by our craftsmanship. If your jewelry item breaks from normal, intended wear within 20 days of receiving it, we will repair it free of charge.

Repair Conditions:

  • Components: The item must be returned with all its original components.

  • Shipping to Us: The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to our Sarasota studio. We require using USPS with a tracking number and insurance to ensure its safe arrival.

  • Return Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired treasure back to you!

  • Packaging: Please ship items in protected packaging (e.g., a padded bubble mailer). To prevent further damage, do not use a standard paper envelope.

Jewelry Care Rituals:

To keep your jewelry vibrant and structurally sound, please follow these care steps:

  • Wear with Care: Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, exercising, or in water (showers, pools, or the ocean).

  • Cleaning: Use only a Jewelry Polishing Cloth to restore shine.

  • Note: Never use liquid jewelry cleaners, as these can be too harsh for handcrafted artisanal finishes.

  • The Tingling Sensation: Some rituals contain warming botanicals like Cinnamon and Clove. A gentle, temporary tingling is normal as the hive botanicals "awaken" the skin.

Arrival & Freshness Guarantee

The Summer "Fridge Fix" During hot Florida summer months, if your product arrives soft from its journey in the sun, simply pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes to restore its perfect artisanal texture!

Shelf Life & Storage

Because we are free of harsh synthetic preservatives, our products have a shorter shelf life than commercial brands.

  • Best Used Within: 12 months of purchase.

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Use clean, dry fingers or a spatula to dispense out of jars.

Event Policies: Live Music Paint Parties

Due to the nature of securing artist time and supplies in advance, all ticket sales for Heart Song Road events are final. We do not offer cash refunds.

  • 5-Day Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 5 days prior to the event. We will happily issue you a digital shop credit (a "Raincheck") that can be used for a future event.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 5 days' notice (or no-shows) are ineligible for credit, as materials will have already been purchased and prepped.
