I’m Sanura Moon, the heart and hands behind Urban Eco Beauty. With nearly two decades of expertise as a Herbal Skincare Artisan and Formulator, former Holistic Esthetician, a Folk Herbalist, and a lifelong Artist, I believe that true beauty is a sacred harmony of the Earth’s elements, the nourishment we choose, and the spiritual peace we carry within.

My journey is rooted in a deep love for God’s creation. I view the skin not just as a surface to be treated, but as a living canvas to be nourished. This is why I formulate my botanical collections as "pure food for the skin"—if an ingredient comes from the Earth and nourishes the body, it belongs in my apothecary. Every ritual I offer is imagined, sketched, and handcrafted by me in small, fresh batches right here in Sarasota.

But my craft extends beyond the jar. My mission is to help you live a balanced, vibrant life—from handmade jewelry that honors the Earth’s aesthetics to wellness mentoring that aligns your lifestyle with God’s Word. I believe that when we draw closer to nature and the Creator, natural healing answers flutter all around us.

For me, the only limit to being an artist is imagination—and I am blessed to have both creativity and inspiration constantly flowing through me. Whether I am sketching a jewelry design or formulating a new botanical nectar, I weave all my creative passions into one wholesome lifestyle.

My daily walk is filled with a positive mindset, a commitment to healthy living, and, above all, a deep faith in YHWH. Putting my spiritual life first is what keeps me moving forward; I am in constant awe of the Creator and His incredible, flawless works. Everything I do at Urban Eco Beauty is inspired by Him and the beauty He has provided us to respect and protect.

I live my life by taking action upon three empowering pillars:

I believe that true beauty is a reflection of how we nourish ourselves—body, soul, and skin. As a Holistic Esthetician and Folk Herbalist, I have cultivated a unique craft by weaving the Earth’s raw elements into potent botanical collections.

My philosophy is simple: We should only apply to our skin what we can find naturally in the Earth. Just as a wholesome, plant-based diet gifts us a vibrant and healthy body, my formulas act as "pure food for the skin." I select ingredients in their purest, most beautifying forms—sustainable, fresh, and teeming with life—to feed your skin at a cellular level. From the rich honey of the hive to the restorative oils of the field, these are God’s precious gifts, designed to work in perfect harmony with our living bodies.

But beauty is more than what is in the jar. It is a complete, balanced lifestyle—from the botanical rituals we choose to the spiritual peace we cultivate. As a mentor on this path, I am thrilled to share my journey and creations with you, helping to bring forth a radiant beauty that shines from the outside to deep within.

The Journey of a Natural Born Artist

My life has always been painted in the colors of creation. I still remember the thrill of my first art kit as a young child—filled with rainbows of pencils, pastels, and acrylics. While other children dreamed of candy shops, I was drawn to tea rooms and art studios. I have always been a lover of God’s natural world; I spent my days painting flowers, searching for butterflies in the garden, and listening for the "feathery" songs of birds beneath a vast blue sky. At night, the moon and stars were my greatest amusement, inspiring me to write short poems and doodle the whimsical world I saw around me.

As I grew, so did my craft. My "little art business" began when friends started asking to buy my paintings. Eventually, I wanted to find a way to wear my art, which led me to the world of metalsmithing. I began handcrafting jewelry in sterling silver and Amethyst, inspired by the timeless textures of nature. To me, jewelry is a conversation starter—a way to connect hearts through a shared story.

My creativity has led me through many rooms: from hand-sewing bohemian wall hangings and up-cycled fabric bags to designing clay pottery and screen-printing my own poetry onto wearable art. But today, my passions have evolved into a master-level focus on Botanical Artistry.

The Modern Beegan & The Living Canvas

I call myself a "Modern Beegan" because of my deep devotion to the sacred honey bee. I believe that every ingredient nature provides holds a divine purpose for sustaining life. By weaving together raw New Zealand Manuka honey, local beeswax, and ancient plant oils, I have created a unique craft in the natural beauty field.

As a Holistic Esthetician and Folk Herbalist, I view the skin and body as one whole unit. My botanical collections are designed as "pure food for the skin," feeding your cells exactly what they need to thrive. Just as a plant-based diet nourishes you from within, these fresh, small-batch rituals beautify you from the outside in.
