I’ve been shopping at Free People my entire life. Growing up in Philadelphia, it was always my go-to for fashion—and it still is! Stop Overpaying for Boho Style: My Favorite Free People-Inspired Finds
The FREE PEOPLE Dolman Quilted Knit Jacket is a super soft quilted knit slouchy oversized jacket. It’s the perfect cozy warm accessory for layering up and can be styled with almost any look. Now for its DUPE! Check out the Quilted Zip-Up Jacket by Forever 21. It runs from about $50 to $40 when its on sale. It features almost the same look and feel as FP, and both jacket designs come in a wide range of gorgeous fun colors! Amazon also has a few of these styled Dolman Quilted jackets for less ranging from $50 to $70. I bought the one from Forever 21, however I found it brand new on Poshmark in Dusty Rose Pink for $26.
The Free People FP One Adelle Bralette is a Boho inspired bralette featuring a crochet lace design with a stretchy smocked back design and adjustable crossed straps. The FP design however has no padding support in the bust area. I have tried both and I chose the Amazon one because I personally needed more support in the bust area. The design to me is exactly the same and I had both together to compare. The difference being the padding added on the Amazon style “Cross Strap & Stretchy Smocked Back Crochet Lace Bralette Padded Bra” . They both come in a wide range of gorgeous colors! I feel this is a staple piece every woman should have.
Another FP Bralette dupe I found on Amazon and purchased is the: Stylish Woman’s Sexy Lace Everyday Bralette for $22. I have this same Lace Brallette from FP and this one from Amazon, I can’t find any difference between the two at all. Here is yet another style on Poshmark.
The Free People FP One Adella Slip Dress has an airy flowy style with crochet lace details and a tiered hem. This dress on the FP site is $88, however you can find this exact FP dress discounted on Poshmark and on Amazon. I got mine on Amazon by FP for only $40 brand new in Pink and one in Navy Blue. The dupe is slightly different but very similar style and is on Rue 21 for $30 Crochet Tiered Skater Dress. I didn’t get the dupe on this dress because I was able to find the FP one at a great deal already. The Adella Slip Dress is also designed in the longer maxi style ($128) Again it’s on Poshmark for cheeper. I love both and have the short and long maxi style in this fabulous comfortable dress.
The Free People Extratropical Maxi Dress ($118) is an endless summer fun dress! The strappy crinkly top and sheer gauzy fabric makes the dress flowy and fun to wear. So I have the $34 dupe in this from Amazon and its basically the same exact dress but the material in FP is of course better. However I am just using this dress for the beach so the dupe is perfect for me. I love all the colors! I believe every woman would look stunning in this dress.
